The Iranian cultural attaché in Oman announced that Iran will participate in the conference on "Investment in Culture" in Muscat, the capital of Oman.
According to the Public Relations of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, Bahman Akbari, Iranian cultural attaché in Oman, in an interview with IRNA News Agency announced that Bahman Namvar Motlagh, the Deputy of Handicrafts at Iraninan Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization (ICHTO), will attend in this international conference and stated that the mentioned conference will be held from 11 to 12 April with the contribution of Oman Cultural Club and in cooperation with the countrys Economic Association.
According to schedule, in this international conference, which aims to link culture to economy as the two important categories in the development of societies as well as factors for sustainable development, Mohammad Ali Hossein Nejad, one of the Iranian activists in the field of cinema and art and a university professor, is to deliver a speech on investment in Irans cinema industry.
According to this report, the topics which will be evaluated in this conference include economic dimensions of culture, cultural investment and culture and innovation policy-making, economic development in the cultural sector, domestic and international experiences in economic investment in culture, and the role of human resources in culture.
In addition, on the sidelines of the conference, Iranian gemstones and fine jewelry will be shown in an exhibition.
