In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
It was not the first time that I traveled to a foreign country. But this extraordinary journey to Iran, for the rest of my life, will be remembered as one of the best stages of my life.
Honestly, I was studying at the university during the past four years and gradually learned Persian, every year, every semester, every day, every minute, and whenever I would like to experience Iranian architecture, culture, and people of this land with my eyes.
My main dream was that I spoke to them in the land of Iranians with their mother-tongue language.
Thank God, my dream came true this year finally, and I would like to thank Seyed Javad Jalali Kyasari, Iranian cultural advisor in Kazakhstan and representatives of Saadi Foundation who always help students interested in Persian language and literature.
I was one of those lucky students who could travel to Iran and get acquainted with the customs and hospitality of the Iranians. I had the opportunity to get acquainted with a girl from Kyrgyzstan, that we later became friend and roommate.
After welcoming and catering of the Saadi Foundation representatives, we went to our dormitory and got familiar with girls from other countries all over the world who interested to strength their Persian language and literature. We got our room on the first floor. Our roommates were from Poland, Spain, China and Switzerland that we spent the happiest and unforgettable months of our lives.
The next day, language Placement Test was performed for the students participating in the eighty-fourth session of the Persian Language and Literature to determine the level of the language for each student and divide each individual into specific groups according to their degree of learning. After announcing the results, the students were divided into five levels and I belonged to the intermediate group.
In order to hold the opening ceremony of the Persian Language and Literature course, we became acquainted with the teachers and teachers of this term who taught us different classes.
Therefore, the eighty-fourth session of the Persian Language and Literature was officially started. This course was held during three weeks except for Thursdays and Saturdays, which taught classical Persian literature, contemporary Persian literature, Persian writing and grammar, Iranology, oral, and terminology.
All of our lessons were very useful to us because of the efforts of teachers, and helped us to strengthen our level. In addition, we visited the tourist and cultural attractions of Tehran.
Also, we visited all of the main and most important places of interest, including Sadabad Palace, Persian Gulf Lake, Holy Defense Museum, National Library, Tabiat Bridge, Milad Tower, Jamaran, Azadi Museum, book city and Tajrish Bazaar during one month.
I have sweet memories of my stay in Tehran. I enjoyed visiting places of interest because I visited the ancient history of Iran, Persian handicrafts, magnificent Iranian mosque architecture, sacred and religious places, and the large city of Tehran.
The day of the girls was very memorable to us during the training course and visiting religious places in Tehran. Various colorful scarves were presented to all girls from Saadi foundation.
Other events related to different countries, such as Spain and Frances Independence Day were also celebrated by the Saadi foundation. In addition, I remember the students birthdays, especially the birthday of my roommate in the dormitory. We had decided to congratulate and supervise her with a beautiful gift, and also we promised together that she should not know anything. She was angry and upset throughout the day because nobody did say congratulation to her birthday. But after dinner, whenever all the students entered to our room and began to read "happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you", she was very surprised and cried from happiness.
I had an important goal before traveling to Iran that buy the Quran book from Iran. As I looked at the book of the Quran, an Iranian lady came to me and said that she would like to buy this book as a gift for me. I was very surprised and very happy about this hospitality, kindness, and intimacy of the Iranian people.
At the final days of the trip to Iran, final examination of the eighty-fourth of the Persian language and literature courses was held, and also we visited the cities of Kashan, Isfahan in the following series of travel plans to Iran.
The closing ceremony of the eighty-fourth anniversary of the Persian Language and Literature courses was held with the fourth meeting "Ghand Parsi" on Sunday, 23th of Julay all students from 44 countries were awarded educational certificates.
After 31 days of my trip to Iran, I can say that I have been the best and most memorable months of my life in this country. Iran is a country with a rich civilization, history, and cultural heritage, and I am so happy to travel to this country.
