Iran-Japan Friendship Society calls for expansion of cooperation with Iranian Cultural Attaché

Chairman of Iran-Japan Friendship Society meeting Iranian Cultural Attaché to Tokyo, Hussein Divsalar called for organizing various cultural programs and promotion of bilateral cooperation.

According to Public Relations and Information Department of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (IRCO), during the meeting which took place on Wednesday Dec. 5, 20108, Mr. Komano the former Japanese Ambassador to Tehran and Head Iran- Japan Friendship Society, by referring to history of cultural exchge between the two countries talked about suitable ground for boosting cooperation.  

The Secretary General of the same society, Ogata called for using existing potential to expand bilateral cooperation.

Iranian Cultural Attaché by pointing to 90th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Iran and Japan said we have nearly 1400 years of cultural ties and called for ever more strengthening of relations between the two nations. Both side agreed to study the prospect of holding cultural dialogue between Tehran and Tokyo.
