Head of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), at a meeting with Belarusian Ambassador to Tehran said we will put on display Islamic Republic of Iran"s identity through a literary bridge in Belarus.

According to Public Relations Department of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), the Belarusian Ambassador to Tehran visited ICRO"s headquarters in down town Tehran and had a meeting with Mr. Abuzar Ebrahimi Turkman.

 Mr. Yury Lazarchik talking about 25^th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Belarus, said two countries have many things in common especially in diplomatic and cultural areas and our political and economic ties are also very dynamic and vast.

 He went on to say that cultural relations play a major role in bringing nations closer to each other adding that during 2018 Iranian and Belarusian held 12 rounds of meeting in economic sector and a road map has been drown for the next 3 years.

The Belarusian Ambassador proposed establishment of a literary bridge between Iran and Belarus and called for expansion of ties and further understanding of each other.

He emphasized the need for making people of the two countries more familiar with each other and asked for teaching of Persian language in Belarus saying that teaching of Persian language in Belarus and Belarusian language in Iran can be a useful way for our students to become familiar with each other"s art works, culture and civilization.

Mr. Turkman while talking about friendly relations between Tehran and Belarus said Islamic Culture and Relations Organization with its overseas cultural activities provides a clear image about Iranian culture and civilization to foreigners and concluding cultural agreements is the most important task of our cultural missions abroad.

He said we have always attached importance for expansion of our cultural relations with Belarus and have used our maximum potentials to improve our Cultural interactions with Minsk.

Head of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization said so far we have published more than 7 thousands tiles of books about our renowned poets like Saadi, Hafez and Molana overseas in different languages which has been very welcomed by cultural and art lovers.

 By welcoming establishment literary bridge between Iran and Belarus, Mr. Turkman said we will showcase our cultural identity through the literary bridge in Belarus.

 He also proposed religious and cultural dialogue between the two countries and said we believe that dialogue between the divine religions can ease many pains of human being adding that Islamic Republic of Iran so far has held numerous dialogue inside the country and abroad with representative of other religions.
