A prominent Bangladeshi Muslim scholar at a meeting with Iranian Cultural Attaché to Dhaka while emphasizing the importance of upholding Palestinian question said ideas of the Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution is an important factor for unity within the Islamic World.
According to Public Relations Department of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO),Seddig Rahman Khan Professor of History Department of Dhaka University and Abdullah Al maarouf, Arabic language professor of same university had a meeting with Iranian Cultural Attaché to Bangladesh and discussed issues related to holding of Islamic Unity Conference, questions that Muslim World is faced with and tasks of Muslim elites in response to world"s current events and developments.
Seddig Al Rahman Khan talked about Iran"s glorious history and civilization and praised the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei and described him as charismatic and popular leader.
He said Ayatollah Khamenei like a skillful expert, evaluates current developments and like a strategist predicts the future developments.
The history professor of Dhaka University said if nations acted in accordance with ideas and thoughts of the Supreme Leader, then today we wouldn"t have a problem named Israel and there wouldn"t be any conflict within the Islamic World.
Abdullah Al Maarouf, said Iran and Bangladesh have identical views on questions of Islamic World adding that we are glad that Iranian government and people have always been pioneering in defending the Palestinian cause and we feel obliged to work for settlement of the Palestinian question.
