Chairman of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization" Mr. Abuzar Ebrahimi Turkaman arrived in Moscow today September 22 to attend first round of Cultural talks between Iran and Russia.

According to Public Relations Department of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), Turkaman is visiting Moscow at the official invitation of Russian officials to take part at the first round of cultural dialogue between the two countries titled "Islam in the integrated World".

 He is being accompanied by the senior advisor to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic on the affairs of the Islamic World, Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri.

They were received at the Moscow airport by Iranian Ambassador to Russia Mahdi Sanaee, Hojatoleslam Jeddi, the person in charge of the Moscow"s Islamic Center, Iranian Cultural Attaché, Ghahraman Soleymani and a number of high ranking Russian religious and cultural officials.

  The two days event of Conference of Islam in the Integrated World is due to open on Monday September 23 in attendance of Iranian delegation and a group of Russian and foreign scholars.

In addition to the said conference, in line with efforts of Iranian and Russian governments to boost bilateral cultural relation, a roundtable discussion will be held by Iranian and Russian officials on Wednesday September 24

In this gathering, in addition to Mr. Turkaman and Iranian Embassy members, Mr. Mohammad Ali Rabbani the head of the High Council of Religions of Islamic Cultural and Relations Organization and a number of cultural officials and scholars from both countries, will take part in discussions and present their papers.
