According to its Statute, it follows a number of objectives, the most important of which are enumerated below:
- Promotion of cultural ties with other nations and communities
- Consolidation of cultural ties of the Islamic Republic of Iran with other nations
- Proper presentation of the Iranian culture and civilization
- Preparing the grounds for unity among the Muslims
- Revival and promotion of Islamic culture and teachings in the world
- Information dissemination about the principles and realities of the Islamic Revolution
