Hence, given the significance of the cultural relations for the Islamic Republic, particularly as a means to introduce the country within the framework of new religious values, the subject of culture and relations which express the relevance of the organization, was juxtaposed with the attribute of “Islamic” underlining the prevalence of religious values in this organization in interaction with the outside world. | |
