A meeting of familiarization with Iranian culture, civilization, Persian language and literature was conducted by Iranian cultural advisor in Tunisia.
According to the report of public relations and information of the Islamic culture and relations organization, and following a series of specialized seminars on Iranology and familiarity with Iranian culture and civilization with the efforts of Iranian cultural advisor in Tunisia, a scientific meeting was conducted with the participation of a group of professors, interested students in Persian language and literature, Iranian culture and civilization in the cultural advisor center.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mohammad Asadi Movahed, Iranian cultural advisor in Tunisia, mentioned to the role and importance of the Persian language throughout the world, especially in the Islamic world. He told that learning the Persian language get acquainted us not only with a language that has a rich culture and history but also it introduces mystical and philosophical ideas of poets and Persian philosopher, reminds the human values and provides the opportunity for other nations to get familiar with the Persian culture and civilization.
Also, he introduced a Persian language professor, and he expressed his hope to see significant advances in teaching and promoting Persian language and literature to those interested in this language in Tunisia.
In addition, Mohammad Reza Darbandi, senior advisor of deputy of the press and media in the Islamic culture and relations organization, talked about the position and importance of the Persian language.
In part of his speech, he also noted the reasons and advantages of learning the Persian language compared to other languages and said that learning the Persian language show us a world of knowledge, ideas, and education of Iranian philosophers, ulama, and poets such as Molavi, Saadi, Hafez, and Ferdowsi. In this way, the great ocean of ideas and the teachings of these thinkers can be better achieved.
Mohajeri, the editor in chief of the online news agency, said: "It is my pleasure that I get acquainted with great numbers of intellectuals in Tunisia who are interested in learning the culture, civilization, and Persian language."
He expressed his hope that the online news agency would be able to reflect the cultural news and activities, especially in the field of culture, civilization and Persian language.
At the end of the meeting, several Persian learners read some parts in the Persian language.
