In the 4th meeting of the series of cultural spaces development in today"s world, policies and programs for the development of cultural spaces in China were discussed and emphasis was made on the need to strengthen cultural diplomacy between Iran and China with the view of the development of cultural spaces.
According to the Public Relations Department of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), the fourth meeting, which was held in cooperation with the Center for International Studies affiliated to ICRO and the Institute for the Development of Culture and Art, the subject of the development of cultural spaces in China, was examined.
Abolhassan Khalaj Monfared, head of the Center for International Studies, in his opening remarks of the virtual meeting, talked about the cultural potentials of Iran and China and said there are large cultural capacities within the people of the two countries that can lead to a significant cultural development. He suggested investigating the role of academics, universities and scientific centers and cultural exchanges regarding the development of cultural spaces in the form of a study project.
The Chairman of the Institute for the Development of Culture and Arts, Amin Arefnia, stressed the need to continue specialized meetings on the development of cultural spaces in the international arena in 1400. He stated that in future webinars, we should be able to take advantage of the experiences of countries that have been active in the development of cultural spaces in recent years.
Cultural and international researcher, Ali Mohammad Sayeghi, talked about good interactions of between China and other countries and said that China has been able to achieve significant achievements by implementing infrastructure programs in various fields adding that China has gained considerable influence at regional and global levels due to the element of culture, especially by using its effective foreign policies.
Persian Language and Art: Cultural Diplomacy Tools
Regarding Iran"s cultural presence in China, he said strengthening and developing cultural diplomacy through Persian language and literature and art is one of the best ways for Iran"s cultural presence in China.
Mehdi Shadabfar, a graduate of Civil Engineering from China, in his remarks had a general look at China"s development process and stated the main reasons for the development of urban spaces in China is due to two factors: people"s willingness to change and the culture and construction.English translation.

Iranian Cultural Attaché, in China, another speaker of the webinar said that in China, knowledge of the culture, history and civilization of Iran and China will lead to the development of interactions between the two countries, especially in the cultural field.
Abbasali Vafaei emphasized that in the ancient Iranian text books, especially the historical works and poems, China and Chinese cultural issues are very accurately and clearly reflected, and in some cases, stories about China have been narrated. He went on saying that China has made a lot of efforts to create a cultural atmosphere.
Wafaee described China as a country with a large population, a vast land and a very large territory based on ancient culture and ancient civilization and a leadding country in the field of cultural space.
