The history of Iranian railways is similar to the history of many countries in the world, which can be referred to as a turning point in construction projects in contemporary history. Behind its hard iron appearance, this industrial project reflects valuable manifestations of human behavior, which can be deciphered to know the secret of its longevity. In this documentary, an archeologist takes on a journey with the aim of finding the real, but less seen, heroes of Iran’s national railway project; the heroes from all over the world who are lost behind the fictional and sometimes legendary stories of the railways.
