Iran and Sri Lanka Children's Friendship Week

On the occasion of Iran and Sri Lanka Children's Friendship Week, Colombo Public Library organized a 5-day workshop and cultural exhibition with inspirational Iranian films for children. It is noteworthy that the cultural section of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran provided full support for this.

The opening ceremony of this training workshop was attended by Hon, Vidura Wickramanayake (Minister of Buddhasasana , Religious and Cultural Affairs), Dr. Bahman Moazami (Cultural Counsellor of Iran) , Mrs. Varuni Gangabadarachchi (Chief Librarian of Colombo Public Library) and other responsible officials of the Iranian Embassy.

Following this, they saw the exhibition and training workshop and expressed their congratulations.
