The fourth beginner-level Persian language course was successfully conducted in collaboration with the Cultural Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mumbai (representing the Saadi Foundation) and under the supervision of the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Hyderabad. Classes were held in person at the Consulate General premises in Hyderabad.

The event marked a significant moment in Indo-Iranian cultural exchange, drawing a diverse and distinguished audience. Held on Friday, the opening ceremony featured the screening of The Night the Moon Was Full, a gripping drama inspired by true events. The film was presented in the presence of its director, Nargis Abyar, whose body of work includes critically acclaimed titles such as Shiyar 143, Nafs, and Ablaq. Abyar’s presence added depth to the evening, as she engaged with attendees and shared insights into her creative process and the socio-cultural themes explored in her films.
The preservation and promotion of cultural identity within communities, particularly those experiencing a decline in population, through the exhibition of historical tools, clothing, customs, and lifestyles, is crucial for cultural sustainability. Enhancing tourists' awareness of the cultures of lesser-known societal groups not only aids in safeguarding this identity but also establishes a foundation for fostering social solidarity and mutual understanding among diverse communities.
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Iran Culture House in Mumbai, a cultural and educational Memorandum of Understanding was signed between this institution and the United Association of Isna Ashari Iranians of Poona. The signing ceremony took place on October 8, 2025, at the Iranian Imambara in Pune.
