Commemoration of Dr. Mansour Shoghi Yazdi, a prominent Iranian filmmaker and cultural activist in Mumbai

July 9, the commemoration of the seventh day of the death of Dr. Mansour Shoghi Yazdi, a prominent Iranian filmmaker and cultural activist living in Mumbai, was held in the spiritual atmosphere of Rahmatabad.

 The ceremony was attended by Hassan Mohseni Fard,  Consul General, of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mumbai, and  Mohammad Reza Fazel, head of the Islamic Republic of Iran's of Culture House in Mumbai and a group of Iranians residing. 

 Further, Mohammad Reza Fazel, the head of the Culture House recalls the cultural achievements of this late artist, one of his valuable works such as " Café  Irani Tea " that examines the history of Iranians in India, and the documentary "Baluchi Iranians" as "Home to Shower" as a cultural and heritage.

 This ceremony was an opportunity to recall Dr. Shoghi Yazdi's profound impact on keeping Iranian culture alive in the land of India and celebrating cultural efforts that preserve identity bonds beyond the borders.

 Recall that the Islamic Republic of Iran Culture House in Mumbai in 2009 appreciated and thanked the Iranian documentary filmmakers at the Culture House in Mumbai.
