World Al-Quds Day On the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan, fasting Muslims, both Sunni and Shiite, in various cities India carried placards condemning the occupying regime in Al-Quds, chanting "Death to America, Death to Israel and the people shouting  Allah Akbar so that everyone knows that the issue of Palestine is a global issue.
