Third anniversary of the martyrdom of  Lt. Gen. Hajj Qassem Soleimani, in Iranian Mosque, Mumbai, India, with the efforts of religious groups and organizations.  

The  third anniversary of the martyrdom of Lt. Gen. Hajj Qassem Soleimani was held by religious groups and organizations under the title of Martyrs' Memorial at the Iranian Mosque in Mumbai on the 2nd and 3rd of Jan 2023 with the presence of a large number of Shiites.

The ceremony on the 3rd Jan. after Maghrib prayer, began with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran. In the continuation of Hujjatul-Islam, Mr. Syed Fayaz Baqir, the head of the Ulama and Khatba of Mumbai and Imam of the Sania Zahra in Andheri area of Mumbai .

Also, this ceremony continued on the 3rd of January, on this day, in addition to showing two clips prepared by the Islamic Culture Relation of Iran with help of  Iran Culture house Mumbai, which attracted the attention of the attendees. In addition to this ceremony, a stand of the publications of Iran culture House, which included the book such as our fortunate comrades and other books and brochures, was available to the interested people for free.

In this ceremony Mr. Alikhani, the Honorable Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mumbai, while offering his condolences on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Martyr Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al Mandes, said: Martyr Soleimani was a true example of the verses of the Quran. He reached the agreement and covenant that they had made with their God, and that was the high degree of martyrdom. These noble martyrs continued the noble and honorable path they had taken until the last moment.
