On the auspicious night of the birth anniversary of the Commander of the Faithful Hazrat Ali (a.s.), a magnificent celebration was held with the presence of the Ambassador, a group of embassy staff, resident Iranians, religious figures and lovers of the Infallible and Pure family, hosted by Cultural Center.

 

At 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 4th of Bahman 1402, equivalent to 24th of January 2024, the program began with the broadcast of selected music videos in the Cultural Center meeting hall, and then Mr. Abolghasemi, the Cultural Counselor, will give a short speech while welcoming the Ambassador, resident Iranians and religious figures and the Muslims, he congratulated everyone on the birth anniversary of the blessed birth of Hazrat Amirul Momineen Ali (a.s.) and Father's Day, and by reciting verses from the famous poem " Ali Aye Homay-e Rahmat " by Professor Mohammad Hossein Shahryar regarding the position and dignity of Hazrat Ali (a.s.) expressed some quotes about his exalted position and wished the Almighty God the best on this dear night for all the Shiites all over the world and for the reappearance of Imam Zaman (may Allah hasten his reappearance).

 

The Cultural Counselor then invited Mr. Nasser Abinal, the head of Imamat Islamic Center, to give a speech. Mr. Abinal, while congratulating the audience on the birthday of Amir al-Mu'minin, Imam Ali (a.s.), said that we were truly blessed by the Almighty God, because we are among the people who fulfill their duties and responsibilities towards the Pure family of the Holy Prophet Muhammad Mustafa (pbuh). The Qur'an and the Ahl al-Bayt of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) are two precious trusts that we must seek refuge in.

 

 

We all know that adhering to the Qur'an and the Ahl al-Bayt of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, confirms our submission and obedience to God Almighty. In this regard, I would like to remind you of your duty towards God Almighty and the need to help each other in communicating the Wilayat of Amir al-Mu'minin, Imam Ali, peace be upon him, because neglecting it means that we are not following God's instructions in the Qur'an and the Prophet's Sunnah, and therefore we are complicit in the continuation of the ignorance of the people, both Muslims and non-Muslims.

 

The negligence of Muslims regarding the Imamate of Hazrat Ali, (a.s), has created a very sad situation for Muslims in the world, especially in the Middle East, which we are witnessing today. In my belief, the Quran should be the main theme of our life so that we can clearly understand the fruit of Prophethood and Imamate.

We should always remember the correct way of approaching God's book, that "one verse is explained by another verse, one part of the Qur'an speaks to other parts." We benefit from the great knowledge and wisdom of Hazrat Ali (a.s) and other Imams (peace be upon them) and we must convey this knowledge and wisdom to all Muslims and even non-Muslims who want to know the truth of Islam. As a final word, we must help each other to promote Islam and the way of the Messenger of God (pbuh), and the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). Broadcasting selected music videos and reciting poems in praise of Hazrat Ali (a.s) by some of the guests was one of the other memorable programs of this night, and at the end, the guests were welcomed at the table with the blessings of Hazrat Ali (a.s).
