At the invitation of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF), Mr. Abdolmajid Abolghasemi and Hojjatoleslam Mr. Saeed Ghofrallahi attended an Iftar banquet on March 19, 2025, in Manila. The event, themed "A Season for Cultivating Good Deeds," was attended by Islamic country representatives and highlighted NCMF's mission to improve the conditions of Filipino Muslims. Chairman Sebudin N. Abdurahim emphasized the importance of unity among Muslims and called for prayers and support for the oppressed people of Gaza. The event also featured a Qur’an recitation by Datu Yahya Sangi and messages from distinguished guests, including Supreme Court Justice Japar B. Dimaampao and Undersecretary Datu Zamzamin L. Ampatuan.

A photo exhibition highlighting the crimes of the Zionist regime against the people of Gaza was held by the cultural section on March 28, 2025, at the Blue Mosque in Manila, coinciding with International Quds Day. The ambassador and cultural counselor of Iran attended the event and participated in Friday prayers to show solidarity with Muslim communities.

On the occasion of Quds Day, a seminar titled "Human Rights and the Legal Status of Palestinians: Challenges and Solutions" was held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 3:30 to 6:00 PM at the conference hall of the Cultural Section, Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Manila, with the participation of influential cultural and religious figures and activists supporting Palestine.

The spiritual and blessed ceremony of the 23rd night of the holy month of Ramadan was held on Sunday, the 3rd of Farvardin 1404 (corresponding to the 22nd of Ramadan), at the cultural conference hall of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Manila. Present at the event were His Excellency Mr. Esmaeil Zadeh, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Manila, Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Mr. Saeed Ghafourallahi (a cleric dispatched from the center), embassy staff, Iranian residents, and lovers of the Ahl al-Bayt (the purified household). The participants recited the powerful Dua al-Jawshan al-Kabir, listened to speeches, held mourning ceremonies and chest-beating (sina-zani), and placed the Qur'an over their heads with sincerity.

The spiritual and blessed ceremony of the second Night of Qadr, coinciding with the night of the martyrdom of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), was held on Friday, Farvardin 1, 1404 (corresponding to the 20th night of the holy month of Ramadan) at the Cultural Section’s conference hall of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Manila. The event was attended by His Excellency Mr. Esmaeil Zadeh, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Manila; Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Mr. Saeed Ghaforollahi, a visiting cleric from the center; a group of embassy staff; Iranian residents; and lovers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

On Friday, March 21, 2025, Mr. Abdolmajid Abolghasemi, the Cultural Counselor of the Islamic Republic of Iran, along with Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Dr. Saeed Ghofrallahi, attended the Friday prayer ceremony at the Blue Mosque located in the Muslim district of Maharlika. After the prayer, they met and held discussions with Alim Najeeb Taher, the Friday prayer leader, Mr. Jadjouri Hailaya Arasa, Executive Director of the Blue Mosque, Ustad Bayan, head of the Darul Quran, and a group of respected Muslim community members present at the mosque.

The spiritual and blessed ceremony of the first Night of Qadr—the night when Imam Ali (a.s.) was struck—was held on Wednesday, 29th of Esfand 1403 (corresponding to the 18th of the holy month of Ramadan) at the conference hall of the Cultural Section of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Manila. The event was attended by His Excellency Mr. Esmaeil Zadeh, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Manila, Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Mr. Saeed Ghofrallahi (a cleric dispatched from the center), a group of embassy staff, Iranian residents, and lovers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). Participants recited the Dua al-Jawshan al-Kabir, listened to the speakers' remarks, engaged in mourning and chest-beating rituals, and, with sincerity, performed the Qur’an-on-the-head ceremony.

The Cultural Section of the Embassy of Iran in Manila holds the weekly Dua Kumayl ceremony to strengthen the national, religious, and cultural identity of Iranian residents. This spiritually uplifting gathering fosters connections with Iranian culture and religion while preserving religious traditions. After the ceremony, participants engage in sports, promoting physical and mental well-being, solidarity, and social bonds in a positive atmosphere.
