These days, the cries of oppressed Palestinian women and children and their countless pains and sufferings make the heart of every free person hurt, and the world is witnessing the systematic and gross violation of the 4 Geneva Conventions and international rules. Countless crimes against the oppressed people of Gaza, especially the use of non-conventional weapons, violations of international law, and the commission of numerous war crimes and crimes against humanity are unprecedented in world history.

For many years, the Zionist regime, in addition to illegally occupying the occupied lands and displacing millions of Palestinians, trampled the basic human principles and violated human rights laws and humanitarian rights, causing the martyrdom of hundreds of thousands of oppressed Palestinians, especially helpless women and children.

In which document has this usurping regime been authorized to attack al-Mamdani hospital and kill hundreds of women and children and injure more than a thousand people? This attack shows the depth of failure and weakness of the Zionists who target the most defenseless people in the safest place. In the shadow of deadly silence and the ineffective performance of international organizations, the usurping Zionist regime martyrs more than a thousand children and commits numerous crimes and goes unpunished??!!

Years ago, the report of Mr. Goldstone, the rapporteur of the Human Rights Council, after the 22-day war in Gaza, confirmed the numerous crimes committed by the Zionists, but unfortunately, due to the impunity of the criminal commanders of the Zionist regime, we continue to witness the repetition of these tragedies.Undoubtedly, the United Nations is expected to take effective and serious measures to prevent these tragedies, to hold a special meeting of the Security Council and to punish the Zionist perpetrators of these crimes and their supporters, especially the criminal United States. Otherwise, the UN, which is ineffective, will no longer be accepted by the elites and free people of the world.

In conclusion, while condemning these tragedies and crimes, we suggest to Islamic countries to form an international court to try these criminals and punish them severely.
