Holding Ashura noon mourning ceremony at the cultural Center of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran - Manila
On Friday, 6th of Mordad, 1402, corresponding to July 28, 2023, the mourning assembly of the martyrs of Karbala will be held with the presence of devotees of the son of Fatima (pbuh) along with Ziyarat Ashura, performing the noon prayer of Ashura, mourning and and chest beating.

On Friday, the dispatched cleric delivered his speech in two parts, the first part was delivered shortly after the noon prayer of Ashura and the second part was delivered after the completion of the obligatory prayer.
In the first part, he considered the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (a.s.) as the blood pouring from the sky on the ground and the blood boiling from under the stones of Karbala. He then discussed religious points (Shari'a) regarding the prayers that can be performed in congregation and the daily prayers. And he also explained to the audience the rulings in the field of mortgages and collateral, and in the second part of his speech, which took place after the Ashura noon prayer, he quoted Sheikh Mofid and other Shia elders who, almost a thousand years ago, talked about the word "Maqtal" in The relationship with Karbala was said to have been paid and he admitted that Omar Saad's army started the war in Karbala and boasted that he had fired the first arrow. Citing historical documents, he added that Islam was not the initiator of war, and Muslims took various measures to prevent wars, but when the enemy attacked, they naturally defended themselves, their dignity and position.
The speaker of the meeting also addressed some deceptions and tricks used by Omar Saad's army against the fighters of Karbala, especially in the hours that led to the martyrdom of Abba Abdullah al-Hussein (a.s.) and considered such actions as a disgrace on the forehead of his killers.
Mentioning of the calamity by a dispatched cleric and broadcasting video clips of mourning and live performance of Ahl al-Bayt eulogists and then reception of the invited guests was the end of the Ashura afternoon mourning ceremony.
