UP University of the Philippines hosts the Persian language course

With the collaboration of our country's Cultural Center, the Persian language course is held at the University of the Philippines "UP" based on the Sa’adi Foundation's educational guidelines.

According to the Public Relations report of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, the Persian language training course will be held in the form of three optional lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays in both face-to-face and virtual form at the "UP" University of the Philippines.

 

Ms. Marjan Aliabadifarhani, one of the professors of Persian language and literature, has been introduced by the Cultural Center to UP University of the Philippines to teach undergraduate students in various fields of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Philosophy of the University of the Philippines.

 

On the first day of the formation of the Farsi language class at UP University of the Philippines, she said: Learning the language of another country is a way to get to know the culture, people and history of that country. By learning Persian language, you can become familiar with our people and establish connections with each other.

 

In the following, based on the teaching method and schedule of the Sa’adi Foundation, she taught the first lesson of the “First Step Book”, which included seven letters of the Persian alphabet and words composed of these letters.
