An Iranian lady gained first rank and the golden insignia of "Asian Continental Architecture Reward (A2)" in the section of restoration and revival.
The referees of the "Asian Continental Architecture Prize (A2)" competition, which was held in Dubai, UAE, granted the golden insignia of restoration and revival section to Shima Shayegan, Iranian designer and architect, for designing and implementation of "ROZAS" house in the city of Kashan, Isfahan province. According to Pars Today, this round of Asian Continental Reward was held with the theme of "Innovative Plot-Oriented Architecture in Continents" which is concentrated on innovative groundwork compatible with cultural, social and geographical conditions.
"Asian Continental Architecture Prize (A2)" is an attempt to recognize and appreciate the architects who participate in the creation and designing of the Asian buildings and cities which originate in their own cultural and geographical places and enjoy the characteristics attributed to them.
This event is held annually to mark the global achievements in civil architecture and designing, and includes rewards, exhibitions and debates of participants about the effects and methods of architecture.
