The Cultural Advisor of our country in a meeting with the Speaker of the Ahl al-Bayt Assembly in Africa:

"Cultural consultation cooperation with the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) parliament will continue with the center of Lagos."

  In order to develop and expand the cultural activities of Iran and Nigeria, especially regional cooperation, the Cultural Advisor of our country met with the Speaker of the Ahl al-Bayt Assembly in Africa, which is headquartered in Nigeria in Lagos.

 Mr. Majid Kamrani, in a meeting with Dr. Ahmed Al-Shifa Adamo, the head of this center, announced the readiness of cultural and religious cooperation more than ever before and will support scientific dialogues and meetings in academic centers and institutions with a focus on the development and expansion of authentic Islamic culture in the areas of Kenya, Niger, Nigeria and Cameroon, in which this center is active. In order to create regional networks, especially in West Africa, the Cultural Consultation of our country intends to implement appropriate and innovative programs in order to empower this center through guidance, production and dissemination of content, as well as granting more responsibility to local managements.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Shifa Adamo, the Speaker of the Ahl al-Bayt Assembly in Africa, referred to the very close cooperation of this center with consultation, especially during the period when our country was consulted in Lagos, and said that this center is currently in very close relations with religious institutions and centers in Nigeria, Iran and other African countries and can play a good role in the field of cultural and international relations. It has expert circles in the field of health care as well as the creative economy, which also provides a platform for the empowerment of the economic foundations of the lovers of the Ahl al-Bayt in Nigeria.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Ahmed Al-Shifa Adamo, in addition to being the head of this center and practicing medicine in one of the health centers in Lagos, is also one of the permanent and main members of the Foundation  for the Promotion of the Education and Heritage of Imam Reza (AS) in Nigeria.
