The 18th Cinema Verite International Festival is on the way

The 18th Iran International Documentary Film Festival, Cinema Verite, is scheduled to be held in Tehran in Azar 1403 (December 2024)

The 18th Iran International Documentary Film Festival “Cinema Verite” will be held in Tehran in Azar 1403 (December 2024).

The festival sections include the National Competition, International Competition, Martyr Avini Award, “Gaza, Palestine, Resistance,” as well as additional national and international sections and tributes. Notably, this year, the festival will again feature works in the “Gaza, Palestine, Resistance” section, focusing on themes of resistance, humanitarian crises, and genocide in Gaza.

So far, 2,314 foreign documentaries from 123 countries have applied to participate in the 18th Iran International Documentary Film Festival, Cinema Verite.
