Two days Women skilling workshop at Bukasa, Bulooba in Wakiso District

 
 
This was the first skilling woman program in the village and more than 70 women attended to learn how to make candles, barsoap, liquid soap among other employable skills that can generate household income for families in Wakiso.
 
 
This program was organised by Catherine Nakabugo, the organiser and Executive director of Direct Hand Foundation with support from the Cultural Consulate of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Uganda.

Bar soap - Mr. Tamale Yusuf Joseph
 
Liquid soap - Mr. Matovu David
 
At the end of the event, he planted a memorial tree at St. Anthony primary school at Bukasa bukulu village in Wakiso District headed by Mrs Nkabidwa Florence ,the current headteacher.
