The 17^th Rayan International Children’s Festival will be held from 13^th to 17^th December in New Delhi with the participation  of twelve to seventeen years old teenagers from Germany, Latvia, Latvia, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Paraguay, Canada, India, Zambia, Slovenia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Iran, Malaysia, Netherlands, Bangladesh, Nepal and  Czech . They perform  musical theater, puppet theater and folk dances.

Iran will be represented   by Simorgh theater group whose Uncle Nowruz play  written by Mr. Mohammad Burumand will be performed during the festival.

 In this play, the characters of Uncle Nowruz, NaneSarma, HajiFirouz and the rituals of welcoming Nowruz in the north and south of Iran are introduced. Nowruz play will be performed in English.
