Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi & the Valedictory session of the Qur’anic Competition In Collaboration With the Embassy Of Iraq In India was held in India Islamic Cultural Centre New Delhi.

 

 The celebration of Milad al-Nabi and the closing ceremony of the 25th international competition for memorizing and reciting the Holy Quran was organized on September 16, 2024, by Iran Culture House, New Delhi, the Iraq Embassy and India Islamic Cultural Center in New Delhi. 

The ceremony was attended by Iraj Elahi, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to India, Dr. Fariduddin FaridAsr, Cultural Counselor of the Islamic Republic of Iran in New Delhi, H.E Nazaar Marjan Mohammad, Charge D' Affairs of Iraq to India, Mr. Salman Khurshid, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of India, Udi Hatem Mohammad, Counselor Iraq Embassy in New Delhi, Hojjat al-Islam Seyyed Muhammad Askari, Chairman, Ahle-Bait Trust, New Delhi, Hojjat al-Islam  Hameed Derayati, the Hafiz of the Qur’an from Mashhad seminary, Mr. Ali Akbar Kazemi, the international Iranian reciter, the reciter Mohammad Riaz Mazaheri, one of the Indian judges of this competition, the reciters, and a large number of scholars and intelectuals were persent there.
