This 2152 meters high mountain is located 5 km from Ilam city. It is considered to be the symbol of the city of Ilam and it is said that the design of the Azadi Tower of Tehran was inspired by this mountain. The natural scenery of the southern foothills of this mountain in Manjal and Sheshdar areas attracts many tourists every year. In addition, the age of the ancient site of this region dates back to the Sassanid era.
