Celebration of the Birth Anniversary of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (PBUH) Held at Iran’s Cultural Counseling Office in Sri Lanka

The auspicious birth anniversary of Umm al-A’immah, Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her), was celebrated on Thursday evening, December 10, with the participation of her devotees at the Cultural Counseling Office of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Sri Lanka.
The ceremony began with the recitation of the spiritually uplifting Du’a Kumayl. This was followed by a speech delivered by Hojjatoleslam wal-Muslimin Mirfatemi, the representative of Al-Mustafa International University in Sri Lanka, who spoke about the character, status, and virtues of Lady Fatimah (PBUH).
Referring to Surah al-Kawthar, he described Lady Fatimah as an enduring source of goodness and emphasized that she serves as a universal role model for women worldwide.
The program concluded with a performance of traditional Iranian music by Mr. Shahini, which was warmly received by the audience.
