The Endowments and Charitable Affairs Organization, as in previous years and in cooperation and coordination with the Islamic Culture and Communications Organization, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Al-Mustafa International University, intends to hold the 43rd International Holy Qur’an Competition in 1405 (2026–2027).

The competition will be open to men and women over the age of 18 and will include the categories of Qur’an recitation, Tartil (measured recitation), and memorization of the entire Qur’an.

They are also requested, through coordination with official and unofficial religious and Qur’anic institutions in the respective countries, to identify and submit the documents of qualified and distinguished Qur’an reciters and memorizers who are capable of participating in this competition.

Furthermore, the invitation form, the terms and conditions and regulations for participation in this competition, and the guidelines concerning the duties of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s representatives are attached for submission.

We kindly ask you to emphasize that, after completion, the participants’ information forms, together with a copy of a valid passport and a photograph of the participant, should be scanned and submitted in PDF format to the headquarters organizing the International Holy Qur’an Competition before 30 Shahrivar 1405 (approximately September 21, 2026).
