In conjunction with the 46th anniversary of the Fajr decade commemorating the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the Culture House of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mumbai participated in the Mitex 2025 exhibition, which took place from February 7 to 16, 2025. Ms. Soghari Bazrafkan, an Iranian artist collaborating with the Cultural Consultancy of New Delhi, showcased her artwork at the event.

A delegation from Indian cinema recently visited Iran, marking a significant occasion aimed at enhancing the relationship between the cinematic communities of Iran and India. This collaboration, facilitated by the Department of Mass Media Cooperation of the Culture and Relations Organization alongside the Iran Culture House in Mumbai, served as an excellent platform for cultural exchange.

Iran was selected as the featured country for the festival, showcasing three films—Atralood, Hook, and Captain—in the world cinema section. Two additional films, In the Arms of a Tree and Sima's Unfinished Narration, competed in the competition section.

At the request of the Department of International Relations of the University of Mumbai, the Culture House of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mumbai held a special season for a group of students from the Department of International Relations, to familiarize themselves with the political and social and social capacities of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This season was held in the presence of Dr. Ali Akbar Ziaei, Head of the Center for Dialogue between Religions and Cultures of the Islamic Culture and Communications Organization.

The 7th edition of the International Creativity Film Festival (IIFF 2024) was held in the city of Bangalore in South India, with the participation of more than 7000 students from 50 media faculties, in three days from October 4 to 6, 2024, equivalent to 13 to 15, Mehr 1403. The chief guest of the festival was Mr. Sanjay Jaju, Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB), Government of India.
