The Cultural Council of the Embassy of Iran Nairobi on 26th July 2025 hosted Kenyans for a Book Launch Ceremony held at the Parklands Plaza.
The event's focal point was the unveiling of the Book titled "Haki za Binadamu Katika Uislamu" (Human Rights in Islam) Published by the Cultural Council of the Embassy of Iran in Nairobi.
The launch event was graced by esteemed guests, including former Chief Justice Hon. Willy Mutunga, The Ambassador of Iran Dr. Ali Gholampour, The Cultural Counselor Dr. Ali Pourmarjan, University Lecturers Dr. Francis Owaka and Dr. Hassan Kinyua. They all gave scintillating speeches on Matter Human Rights.
The book that was unveilled delves into the concept of Human rights in Islam rooted in the Quran and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad, emphasizing principles like equality, justice, and dignity for all individuals.
The event culminated with delightful refreshments, fostering knowledge exchange and camaraderie among the attendees who left the event with a copy of the book.
