The Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of Iran Nairobi Dr. Ali Pourmarjan visited the Kingdom Seekers Fellowship Church (Church without Walls) in Nakuru City and gave a thought provoking Speech to over 5000 congregants of the Church on the topic The Need for Peace for Humanity.

Below is part of his Speech:-

“Dear friends, all of us who live in different countries form members of a single human body and we must be aware of each other and show our disgust for any discrimination and oppression in the world.

Islam, which means peace, has always supported peace, friendship, and love.

Saadi Shirazi, a famous Iranian poet, wrote this poem several hundred years ago, and today it is also written in one of the entrances of the United Nations:

"Human beings are members of a whole,

In creation of one essence and soul.

If one member is afflicted with pain,

Other members uneasy will remain.

If you've no sympathy for human pain,

The name of human you cannot retain!"

If we consider ourselves free human beings and followers of the divine religion, we must seek peace not only within the church and for our members, but also for all members of the humanity and in all countries of the world.

Peace is as necessary and necessary in Gaza and other parts of the world as it is in Europe and Africa, and there is no difference between people in ensuring peace and living in peace. Let us ask God Almighty to grant peace and tranquility to all nations and people, especially the oppressed people of Gaza”.
