Iran Embassy in Kenya Marks the 45th Anniversary of the Islamic Revolution
The ceremony to commemorate the 45th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of Iran was held in Nairobi.
Coinciding with the 45th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the National Day of the Islamic Republic of Iran was celebrated with the enthusiastic presence of Iranians abroad, a group of Kenyan government officials, resident ambassadors and diplomats, scientific and cultural figures, representatives of economic companies and Kenyan media members at the site. The event was held at the embassy of our country in Nairobi.
While congratulating the 45th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kenya called the relationship between Iran and Kenya very friendly and emphasized on improving relations in all fields.
Dr. Ali Gholampour, our country's ambassador to Kenya, reviewed the struggle of the revolutionary people of Iran against the Shah's regime, which led to the victory of the Iranian Islamic Revolution, and said: "During the past 45 years, despite all the pressures and various obstacles, including sanctions, the Iranian people have been able to make great strides in the path of development." and achieve brilliant achievements in various scientific, technological, industrial, and cultural fields.
Condemning the crimes and killing of the Palestinian people by the Zionist regime in Gaza and the need to bring the Zionist criminals to justice, he emphasized the need for the international community to be responsible in the face of the Palestinian genocide.
Director General of the Center for Diplomatic Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kenya while congratulating the National Day of the Islamic Republic of Iran, stating that the good relations between Kenya and Iran in various economic, political, cultural and scientific fields are on the path of progress, holding joint commissions for economic cooperation, participation in exhibitions He evaluated the two countries and the mutual visits of the officials of the two countries in this regard.
Among the other top dignitaries included the Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of Iran Mr. Qurbanali Pour-Marjan among tens of diplomats and officials.
