The Cultural Counsellor of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran visited the office of Dr. Minsa  Kabanda, Minister of Kampala and Metropolitan Affairs, explained the recent crimes of the barbaric and unbridled Zionist regime in its unprovoked military aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as the horrific genocide of the people of Gaza through the economic blockade and the imposition of forced starvation on them.

At the beginning of this meeting, our country's cultural advisor congratulated her on the re-election in the recent elections as a representative of the NRM political party in the Ugandan parliament, appreciated and thanked her for efforts in serving the people of Uganda sincerely, and wished her good health and success in her journey.

He also appreciated and thanked the Ugandan Foreign Minister for his good stance in strongly condemning the Zionist regime's military aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran and the regime's complicity with the United States in destabilizing the Middle East region at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Istanbul.

Then, Dr. Minsa Kabanda, Minister of Kampala and Metropolitan Affairs, while appreciating and thanking the presence of the Cultural Advisor of the Republic of Iran and her congratulatory message on her re-election in the recent NRM Party internal elections as a representative of the NRM political party in the Ugandan Parliament, condemned the military attack of the Zionist regime on the territory of the Republic of Iran and the martyrdom of military commanders, nuclear scientists, and a large number of Iranian citizens.

In another part of her speech, she strongly condemned the barbaric actions of the Zionist regime against humanity and expressed regret and concern over the injustices in the Middle East, in which many women, children, and innocent people are killed by the Zionist regime every day, while the world merely watches.
