Mr. Esmailzadeh, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran, presented his credentials to Mr. Ferdinand Marcos Jr., the President of the Philippines, during a ceremony on Thursday, Aug 17, 2023, at the Presidential Palace in Manila.

During the ceremony, the two sides engaged in a brief conversation, discussing ways to enhance bilateral relations and foster economic cooperation between Iran and the Philippines, particularly in the fields of agriculture, science and technology, and tourism.

Mr. Abdul Majid Abul Qasimi, the cultural counselor of our country, accompanied Ambassador Esmailzadeh during this ceremony.
