19th March 2023 (Sunday) 11: 00 am: Inauguration

- Welcome note by Iran Ambassador.
- Introductory remarks by CD Foundation- Acknowledgement of participating countries and partners (2 mins)
- Chief Guest – Speech
- Speech by partnering Embassy’s Ambassadors. (5 mins each)
- Cultural Program by Iran (15 mins)
- Followed by Lunch.
