Three Iranian films to be screened at the 17th Global Film Festival of India

The 17th International Film Festival (GFF) will be held at the Marwah Cinema and Noida from 05 to 07 December 2024, and the Cultural Counselor of the Islamic Republic of Iran will be present and give a speech.
This festival, known as one of the largest film festivals in North India, will host a series of cultural and Artistic programs, including film meetings, Art exhibitions, Film screenings, Book exhibitions, and Fashion shows. In addition to India, some other countries will also have an active presence.
The Cultural Counselor of the Islamic Republic of Iran in New Delhi will also participate in this round of the festival with three films titled Hook, Captain and Sima's Unfinished Narrative, which will be screened on the opening day of the festival.
Dr. Faraldin Farid Asr, Cultural Counsellor of the Islamic Republic of Iran in New Delhi, will be present as a special guest at the opening ceremony of the festival and will speak at a session examining the status of Indian cinema in Iran.
The Marwah Studios hosts 52 different events over three days.
The 17th World Film Festival is all set to showcase the best of world cinema while encouraging dialogue, learning and collaboration between artists and audiences.
