Welcoming Iranian handicrafts in East Malaysia Sarawak

The handicrafts of our country have been welcomed by many visitors at the Sarawak International Exhibition located in East Malaysia. 
 
According to the international service of Sada and Sima news agency from Kuala Lumpur, well-patterned carpets, agate and turquoise ornamental stones and handmade works and crafts of master Iranian artists from different cities of our country in the first international handicraft exhibition in Sarawak state. Located in East Malaysia, it has been welcomed by Malaysians and foreign tourists. 
Referring to the strong presence of Iran in the form of several booths for the first time in East Malaysia, the cultural advisor of our country stated: Sarawak state is organizing this world exhibition and inviting eight countries: France, Taiwan, Mongolia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Iran. It tries to be presented in Southeast Asia as the center of traditional and modern arts. 
Habib Reza Arzani added: The artists of our country also have an active and strong presence in this exhibition in order to develop and strengthen artistic-cultural cooperation with other countries.  
He said: Various cultural-artistic products such as beautiful hand-woven carpets and various handicrafts from several cities and provinces of our country have been presented in this exhibition, which have been welcomed by visitors. 
In this exhibition, in addition to offering precious stones, rings and ornaments for men and women, Iranian representatives have organized visual arts workshops such as candle making, embroidery, crocheting, embroidery, drawing and painting. 
Holding specialized artistic-scientific and cultural meetings with the presence of participating countries is one of the side programs of this exhibition. 
Also, in one of Iran's booths, where visitors are treated with Iranian tea, sweets and saffron in a traditional way; This booth has become one of the most visited booths of this exhibition. 
The display of modern and traditional art and the presentation of cultural and native music of different countries have made the first international handicraft exhibition in East Malaysia different. 
This exhibition is open to the public in the mornings and evenings for five days.
