Imam Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, led the Friday Prayer on Oct. 4, 2024, in the Imam Khomeini (ra) Musalla, following the martyrdom of the Mujahid on the path of God, Martyr Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, and on the eve of the first anniversary of the epic Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. 

Below is the highlights of his speech

■Enemies of the Islamic nation are the same as those of the Palestinian, Lebanese, Iraqi, Egyptian, Syrian, and Yemeni people.

■Enemies of the Islamic nation operate from a unified command center and receive orders from a single source, even if their methods vary by country.

■Every nation has the right to defend its sovereignty and territory against aggressors and occupiers.

■The Palestinian people have the complete right to defend themselves against the enemy occupying their land.

■No one has the right to criticize the Lebanese for supporting and defending their Palestinian brothers and sisters.

■Recent actions taken by our armed forces were fully legal and legitimate.

■Though we have lost Sayyed Nasrallah in body, his spirit, principles, and resounding voice will forever echo within us.

■The cowardly and treacherous enemy, unable to inflict a blow on the resistance movements, resorts to pretending victory through assassinations and the killing of civilians.

■Under Sayyed Nasrallah's leadership, Hezbollah has progressed steadily, stage by stage.

■Every blow inflicted on the usurping entity benefits the region and all of humanity.

■Enemies will never succeed in defeating Hamas and Hezbollah.

■The resistance will not falter, as affirmed by its , and victory will be its ally.

■The core issue in the region is foreign intervention.
