The 5th Edition  Innovative International Film Festival Bangalore - India, which Inaugrated on 6th October and  ended 9th October 2022  with the closing ceremony for the film award presentation in various categories.

five Iranian feature films and one Iranian documentary film from the Culture of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mumbai were participated in this festival, from 5 films  EMAD AND TUBA -Director Kaveh Sabbagzadeh, selected for  Best Cultural Impact Movie won the award. Other films from Austria, Thailand, the Dominican Republic and even the Zionist regime were able to win awards in the international section of this festival.

The opening ceremony of this cultural event in the evening of the 6th October was attended by Mr. Kamran Nejad Lotfi, the Acting Director Culture of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mumbai, and the consulates of other countries, including Canada, France, etc., cultural advisers of various countries, officials of the central and state governments of Karnataka. professors and students and movie lovers. In this events, a section related to the introduction of countries was considered, where each of the participants or their representatives give presentation about their country in the fields of culture, tourism and cinema. This agency also played two clips from Iran and gave a speech for 15 minutes by the head of the Culture House. The film personalities of our country were introduced, which were welcomed by the fans of Iranian culture and art.

In the closing ceremony, the Minister of Information Affairs of the Central Government of India, while giving a welcome speech, said:

Today, the cinema industry has been able to play an important role in guiding the society towards lofty ideals, and the central government wants to pay more attention to cinematographic works in local languages, as well as the production of joint works with other countries.

Further, referring to the success of very young faces in different cinema sectors, he added: Today, we are witnessing youthism in the cinema industry and the use of new and creative ideas in this industry, and this has made movies attractive to the young generation. And they are very welcome.

At the end, awards were given to the selected local works, and a certificate of appreciation was given to the selected foreign films.
