"I have been interest to visit India from 50 years ago, and it is my 12th visit to India during the last 50 years. Indeed, my first visit happened 51 years ago, and from then I have always been interested; particularly in the situation of Persian language in India, and now because I come from Iranian academy for Persian language and literature... I am rather pleased about what's happening in universities and faculties and I hope that with new act of your Parliament related to Indian educational policies which allows the Persian language to be taught in your secondary schooling in India, there would a new horizon opened for Persian language in India and I hope that the future would be better than the past."
