Holding extracurricular classes on the weekend for Nigerian male students entitled:
" The Place of Science and the Necessity of Learning it in Islam"
In order to introduce and introduce pure Islamic ideas and ideas in the target society, especially in the Muslim community of Nigeria and the large Shiite community in this country, the Cultural Consultation of the Embassy of our country in Nigeria has organized short-term classes and courses for students in the first and second high school levels.
By the power of God, with the plans made, the second course entitled "Familiarity with the Place of Science and the Necessity of Learning it in the Religion of Islam" was prepared for male students in the state of Kwara in the city of Ilorin, and it is decided that the participants of this course will study topics such as: the place of science in the Qur'an, learning science from the point of view of the Infallible Imams (peace be upon them), the purpose of science and education in Islam, the role of science in human life., the role of education in education, the importance of learning new sciences, and the contribution of Muslims in the flourishing of human civilization.
This course is carried out in close cooperation with the respected Norembin Institute, as well as the Madinat Al-Ilm Center in the southwest of Nigeria and the representative of Al-Mustafa Society in Nigeria and with the benefit of experienced and fluent professors in English and Arabic and from the graduates of these centers and other scientific and academic centers of Islamic Iran.
In the opening ceremony of this course, Mr. Majid Kamrani, the Cultural Advisor of our country, while welcoming the participants of this course, introduced the rich culture of Islam, referred to the advice and emphasis of the Infallibles (AS) on the necessity of learning science, and said that the children of Shiites should have a great share in all levels and degrees of knowledge. At the end, he thanked the respected Norembin Institute for making it possible to hold this course and also the scientific and cultural representative of Al-Mustafa Society in Nigeria for providing the possibility of male students attending this course and class.
It is worth mentioning that more than 45 male students from the Shiites of Ilorin state have registered in this course, and this course is held on Saturdays and Sundays every week in 40 sessions with the capacity of two classes.
