The meeting of our country's cultural advisor with the dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Abuja:

"The Islamic Republic of Iran participates in the formation of the Islamic Law Department of Abuja University"

 In order to develop and expand Iran's scientific and academic activities with other countries, especially Nigeria, the Cultural Advisor of our country met with the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Abuja University.

  In this meeting, Mr. Majid Kamrani referred to the great scientific and academic capacities and achievements of our country and explained to him the scientific position of Iranian universities in the world and the region, especially in the humanities and Islamic sciences, as well as Iran's position in the D-8 group, of which Nigeria and Iran are members, and called for scientific and academic cooperation and holding joint meetings and conferences between universities. Iran and Abuja University.

In this meeting, the Cultural Advisor of our country suggested that the Faculty of Law of Abuja University can announce three Iranian universities with priority for cultural consultation according to its scientific needs and necessities, so that the necessary arrangements for scientific and academic cooperation between this university and the corresponding university in Iran can be established.

In this meeting, Prof. Awakwa Abago, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Abuja, while welcoming the Cultural Advisor of our country, announced that in 2025, this faculty has succeeded in establishing the Department of Islamic Law and Iran is willing to have serious cooperation with this faculty in this field, and added, the exchange of faculty and students between the two countries can change the approaches of the two countries regarding international law, law.  human beings as well as Islamic rights in international forums should be brought closer to each other.
